We know how difficult it can be supporting surviving children in their grief after a sibling has died. This special online forum will explore ways of supporting surviving children in their grief after a sibling has died.
- 26 October 2021
It can be painful to see them trying to make sense of such a significant loss when, in the midst of your own grief, you can barely comprehend it yourself.
Family life and dynamics will be irrevocably changed, and parents can feel unprepared for the questions and challenges that arise over time.
You are invited to our online panel discussion on how to best support your surviving children after the death of a sibling, including those born subsequently to a loss.
We will meet online in a Zoom meeting. In a guided discussion, led by bereavement counsellor Keren, we will hear from parents with lived experience of this unique parenting journey, as well as from bereaved siblings on their experience and how they coped with their grief.
