Grief can affect relationships in deeply personal and unexpected ways.
It can create distance or bring people closer, challenge communication, and shift the way we see and support one another. Even when two people experience the same loss, they may express their grief in very different ways — and that can be confusing or even isolating. Understanding these differences is key to navigating loss together with compassion and care.

In this gentle and supportive session, we’ll explore how partners may grieve differently, and how those differences can impact communication, connection, and emotional support. You’ll hear practical strategies for navigating grief together — with empathy, patience, and care.
Whether you’re supporting a partner or seeking support yourself, this is a safe space to listen, share, and learn.
This session is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a baby or child, as well as partners and loved ones wanting to better understand and support one another through grief.
