Join our Fundraising, Marketing and Communications team to take ownership of Raiser’s Edge and strengthen the data, systems and insights behind Red Nose’s mission.
- Manage and optimise Raiser’s Edge, keeping supporter and fundraising data accurate, current and well governed.
- Build reports, dashboards and analysis that deliver meaningful insights to support fundraising performance and decision-making.
- Run complex queries, segmentation, imports and exports to support fundraising campaigns and activities.
- Oversee gift processing and work with Finance to support financial reconciliation.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues using Raiser’s Edge.
- Review fundraising systems and processes, identifying and implementing smarter ways of working.
- Lead operational and systems improvement projects across Raiser’s Edge and other fundraising platforms.

Join our Research, Education and Prevention team to deliver high-quality safe sleep and safer pregnancy education programs across Australia, both in person & online.

Deliver engaging education sessions in person, online, and via webinar platforms.

Lead and coordinate education programs at events, including supporting casual educators and volunteers.

Mentor and onboard casual educators to encourage quality facilitation and consistent delivery approaches.
