Join our Research, Education and Prevention team to deliver high-quality safe sleep and safer pregnancy education programs across Australia, both in person & online.

  • Deliver engaging education sessions in person, online, and via webinar platforms.

  • Lead and coordinate education programs at events, including supporting casual educators and volunteers.

  • Mentor and onboard casual educators to encourage quality facilitation and consistent delivery approaches.

  • Coordinate operational aspects of expos, events and education activities.

  • Support the development, review and continuous improvement of education materials and resources.

  • Respond to online inquiries and provide support through the Safe Sleep Line.

Red Nose Day Campaign Support Volunteer

As a Red Nose Day Campaign Support Volunteer, you’ll help provide a positive experience for fundraisers, supporters and customers through phone, email and social media support.

  • Respond to supporter and customer enquiries
  • Assist with phone, email and social media communications
  • Help answer questions about fundraising activities and merchandise orders
  • Update supporter information and campaign records
  • Support general campaign administration and coordination activities
