Join a warm, supportive space to create and share a meal together on this special day.
About the Italian Cooking Class
This hands-on Italian cooking workshop offers bereaved mothers a warm, supportive space to connect, create, and share a meal together. Cooking and sharing food is a gentle way to foster connection, comfort, and a sense of togetherness—especially when grief has changed the way we celebrate moments like Mother’s Day.
What to Expect?
- Fully hands-on cooking: participants cook alongside facilitators to create a three-course Italian meal.
- Enjoy your creations together at a relaxed, supportive, unhurried meal.
- Complimentary glass of Italian red wine or an Italian soft drink with lunch.
- A safe, inclusive space to connect with others who understand your experience.
Important Information:
- A male organiser will be in attendance; please get in touch with the facilitator if this is a concern.
- Notify the organiser of any food allergies when registering.
Spaces are limited, so registration is essential to secure your spot.
