A gentle invitation to rest, release and reconnect.
About Embrace
Embrace welcomes all bereaved mothers, no matter where you are on your grief journey. You will arrive into a serene sanctuary where you can simply be, held in compassion, warmth and understanding.
This experience is not about fixing or changing anything. It is about being supported in a safe space where grief, love, longing and hope can all coexist.
Red Nose Australia is honoured to collaborate with Tamara Whittaker from Earth Women to offer bereaved mothers a deeply nurturing meditation and sound healing experience.
Tamara, author of Born to Fly and a bereaved mother herself, is known for creating warm, heart-centred spaces where women can feel safe, seen and supported. Through her work, she gently guides mothers through moments of stillness, breath, sound and reflection — helping to soothe the nervous system and create space for emotional release.
What to Expect?
You will be guided through a heart-centred meditation and sound healing journey designed to help you:
- Gently quiet the mind
- Release tension held in the body
- Feel grounded, calm and emotionally supported
- Connect with your inner world in a compassionate way
No meditation or sound healing experience is needed. Simply come as you are.

Important Note
Red Nose Australia community events are not formal counselling sessions or support groups. They are spaces for connection, reflection and gentle togetherness. Whether you are navigating childlessness, trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or grieving a baby or child, you are welcome here.
