Flowers Of Love | Bereavement Art Therapy Event

Flowers of Love is a gentle and heart-centred art therapy session, created to honour love, memory, and connection.

About Flowers Of Love

In this nurturing space, you are invited to paint a flower that represents your journey — whether connected to the month your little one was born, due, or another month that holds deep meaning for you.

This bereavement art therapy session will be lovingly facilitated by Samantha, from Lotus Heart Yoga, a yoga instructor and artist who hosts a range of mindful movement, art, and wellbeing sessions. Samantha brings a calm, gentle presence and will guide you step by step, making the experience accessible and supportive for everyone — no art experience needed.

Flowers of Love is not about creating “perfect” art. It’s about slowing down, expressing what words sometimes can’t, and honouring your story in a safe and compassionate environment.
