A creative and nurturing space for children navigating life after the loss of a sibling.
The Sibling Support Group is a gentle, inclusive space designed especially for children who have experienced the death of a brother or sister. Through creative activities and thoughtful conversation, children are supported to explore their grief in a way that is age-appropriate, empowering, and grounded in connection.
Each session includes:
- An emotionally safe space to express feelings and experiences
- Guided activities that honour their sibling and help build self-awareness and self-esteem
- Supportive opportunities to develop language around grief, love, and resilience
Led by trained facilitators, the group focuses on helping children feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate the unique journey of sibling loss.
These sessions are free, but registration is essential.
