Red Nose Parent Forum
Every parent’s grief journey is unique, and different forms of support can bring comfort at different times. This forum offers a safe and gentle space to share what has helped you — from counselling and support groups, to books, podcasts, rituals, or personal practices.
Together, we will:
- Explore the types of support that have been meaningful or comforting
- Share experiences that may reassure or guide other parents
- Reflect on the ways connection, resources, and rituals can support ongoing grief
There is no expectation to share — you are welcome to listen, reflect, or contribute in whatever way feels right.
This forum is facilitated by Red Nose and is open to parents who have experienced the death of a baby or child. We warmly invite you to join this supportive community space where understanding and shared experience are central.
