Ways to be Ok: When Grief Feels Different – The Long Road of Healing

Red Nose Parent Forum

Grief does not follow a straight path. Over time, it may soften, resurface, or take on new shapes — often returning around milestones, anniversaries, or in unexpected moments.

The Long Road of Healing forum offers a compassionate space for parents to reflect on how their grief has changed over the years, and how healing can look different at different points in life.

Together, we will explore:

  • How grief shifts and evolves over time
  • The impact of milestones, anniversaries, and life changes
  • Living with loss while carrying an enduring bond with your baby or child

There is no expectation to be “further along” or to share in any particular way. You are welcome to listen, reflect, or contribute as feels right for you.

This forum is facilitated by Red Nose and is open to parents who have experienced the death of a baby or child. We warmly invite you to join us in a supportive space of understanding and connection.
