2026 Supporter Survey Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions 

1. Promoter 
The promoter is Red Nose Australia (ABN: 81 462 345 159), located at Suite 2, 2 Domville Ave, Hawthorn Victoria 3122, Australia (“Red Nose Melbourne Office”).

2. Competition Period 

• The competition commences at 9:00 AM AEST on 8 September 2026. 

• The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 September 2026.

• Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted. 

3. Eligibility 

• Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

• Employees, directors, and immediate families of the Promoter and its associated agencies or companies are ineligible to enter. 

• Limit of one (1) entry per person. 

4. How to Enter 
To enter, eligible participants must completely fill out and submit the Red Nose Australia survey during the Competition Period. Entry is free. Any costs associated with accessing the survey website remain the responsibility of the entrant. 

5. Draw Details 

• The draw is a game of chance. 

• The draw will take place at the Red Nose Melbourne office on 8 October 2026. 

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received using a computer-generated random number picker. 

6. Prizes 

• The total prize pool is valued at AUD $550.00. 

• Prizes consist of: 
  • First drawn winner: 1 x $250 BONDS Gift Card. 
  • Second drawn winner: 1 x $150 BONDS Gift Card. 
  • Third drawn winner: 1 x $150 BONDS Gift Card. 

• Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable for cash. Gift card usage is subject to the terms and conditions specified by BONDS, including expiry dates. 

7. Winner Notification and Publication 

• Winner(s) will be notified by email and phone within five (5) business days of the draw. 

• The names of the winners will not be published publicly. 

8. Unclaimed Prizes & Redraw 

• If a prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months from the initial draw date, a redraw will take place to award the unclaimed prize. 

• The redraw will occur at the same location as the original draw within 3 months after original draw. 

• The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified by email within five (5) business days by email and phone. 

9. Privacy and Marketing

• The Promoter collects personal information (name and email address) to conduct this promotion and verify winner identity. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Red Nose Australia Privacy Policy, available at https://rednose.org.au/privacy-policy/

• Entrants will not be opted into marketing communications unless they explicitly select the optional opt-in checkbox on the survey form.

10. Liability 
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of any prize.
