Ways to be Ok: Navigating the Holidays

The holiday season can be especially hard when you’re grieving the loss of your baby or child. Amid the noise and expectations of the season, it’s okay to feel out of step with the world around you.

In this gentle and supportive session, we’ll explore how partners may grieve differently, and how those differences can impact communication, connection, and emotional support. You’ll hear practical strategies for navigating grief together — with empathy, patience, and care.

Join us for a gentle and supportive session with Red Nose’s Bereavement Support team and members of our bereaved parent community, as we explore ways to care for yourself during this time.

We’ll talk about setting boundaries around others’ expectations, practicing self-compassion, and creating meaningful rituals to honour and remember your precious babies and children.

Whether you’re newly bereaved or many years into your grief, you are welcome in this space.
