Visit Red Nose at the Sydney PBC Baby Expo – August 2026

Looking for expert guidance on how to keep your baby safe while they sleep? Red Nose is heading to Australia’s largest baby expo in Sydney, and we’d love to see you at our Safe Sleeping Talk.

For over 40 years, Red Nose has been Australia’s trusted voice in safe sleeping for babies. At the Sydney PBC Expo, our Safe Sleep educators will be sharing the latest evidence-based recommendations to help reduce the risk of sudden infant death.

Can’t make August? We’ll be back in Sydney on 14–15 November 2026.

What our talk will cover:

  • Why baby should always sleep on their back, and how to keep their face and head uncovered
  • The importance of a safe sleep environment, and how to create one at home
  • Risks associated with smoking before and after birth
  • Room sharing vs co-sleeping, and what’s safest for your baby
  • The protective effects of breastfeeding

Whether you’re a first-time parent, grandparent or carer, our talk is a chance to learn techniques you can feel confident using at home. No question is too small when it comes to your baby’s well-being.
