Red Nose Australia operates on a financial model heavily reliant on community donations, corporate partnerships, government grants, and a successful retail program selling donated goods through Savers-partnership shops.

All funds generated are reinvested into the organisation’s core activities: providing bereavement support, delivering safe sleep education, funding research into infant mortality, and offering grief and loss counseling services for families impacted by the sudden or unexpected death of a child.
