The Ways to Be OK series is a collection of facilitated forums where grieving parents and families can come together to explore important topics related to grief, loss, and healing. Led by our trained Peer Supporters and grief and loss experts, these forums provide a safe, open space for individuals to learn, share, and connect with others who truly understand.
What Are the Ways to Be OK Forums?
Our Ways to Be OK forums are designed to help parents navigate their grief journey by offering insights and support on various topics. Each forum is led by a panel of experienced bereaved parents and members of the Red Nose grief and loss support team. The topics covered range from personal experiences of grief to understanding the emotional challenges that arise during the grieving process.
Whether you’re seeking answers to questions like “Is it normal to feel this way?” or “How can I support a grieving partner?”, or simply want to connect with others who understand, these forums are a great way to feel supported. Each session is tailored to help you understand the grief experience and find a sense of community, comfort, and healing.
