Red Nose Live Chat is a free and confidential online chat service. It provides peer support for parents, families, or anyone affected by the death of a baby or child.
Our trained peer supporters are available via webchat to provide support, guidance, and understanding in real-time. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, sibling, or friend — we’re here to listen and help.
You can talk with us about your grief, ask questions, or simply connect with someone who understands. We also support extended family members who want to know how to best support their loved ones.
