As a community services organisation working in the broad healthcare space, Red Nose has adopted the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights to guide the way we deliver our services and to assist you to understand your rights when accessing services from Red Nose.

The Charter was developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare through consultation with people across Australia.

You can download the English language version of the Charter here or the simple English Version here.

The Charter is also available translated in 28 additional languages here and a Braille version can be accessed by contacting the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.

Red Nose Australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land in which our families, volunteers, staff, Board and committee members work, live and visit. Red Nose respects the knowledge and expertise of First Nation people with their strong culture and traditions whose hands have touched many babies birthed and children reared on this land, and acknowledges their experience of loss in many forms.
