This is an integral role for Red Nose!
In this role you will be out on the road collecting donated goods from the public, corporate partners and regular donors across Sydney and ensuring that stock is delivered, weighed and recorded correctly at the depot. You’ll work as part of team to help keep our operations running smoothly and delivering outstanding customer service along the way.
This position has the opportunity to become part of something very unique, built upon heart, soul, hard work and the formation of genuine connections by working as an integral part of a dedicated, friendly and inclusive team. Shortlisted candidates will be given the opportunity to meet co-workers, ask questions, and hear all about what working within the team means to them.

National Quality and Safety Manager
- Part-time, permanent role (0.6 FTE) – SCHADS Level 6 + salary packaging

As the National Quality and Safety Manager, you will:
- Lead the ongoing implementation, monitoring, and improvement of Red Nose’s national quality and safety systems, ensuring compliance with the National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards, National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and other relevant frameworks that that safeguard both the workforce and service users
- Oversee organisational systems to support compliance with accreditation, legal, workplace health and safety (WHS) and reporting requirements
- Oversee safety and quality policies, risk systems, and quality improvement initiatives across our face-to-face, workplace and digital service environments
- Hold portfolio responsibilities as Privacy Officer and Complaints and Feedback Officer
- Support staff and volunteers with tools, training, and resources they need to embed a culture of psychological and physical safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
You will report to the CFO and Director of Corporate Services and work closely with executive leaders, operational teams, and external partners to support sustainable, person-centred service delivery and a safe, inclusive workplace.

Bereavement Support Worker / Community Engagement Coordinator

This part-time position provides valuable support to Red Nose families in two different ways:
As a Bereavement Support Worker (2 days per week) - supporting individual families in the first six months of the loss to move through the myriad of difficult tasks associated with the death of their baby from stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, neo-natal death or SUDI; and
As a Community Engagement Coordinator (1 day per week) - providing the broader Red Nose bereavement community the opportunity to come together to connect and create a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Red Nose is seeking volunteers to join its Community Advisory Committee including key roles representing important regional and remote communities.

The Red Nose Community Advisory Committee (CAC) plays a crucial role in ensuring community engagement and equitable access to Red Nose services for all Australian families. As a member of the CAC, you’ll have the opportunity to advocate for diverse community groups, gather community ideas, and address issues of concern.
CAC members are appointed based on lived experience and represent diverse backgrounds, including First Nations people, culturally diverse communities and young mothers.
