The Logistics Manager is a senior role within the RNCC department, responsible for leading and managing all RNCC-VIC logistics functions to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe working environment during on-site activities and throughout collections and deliveries, prioritising the wellbeing of staff and contractors.
As the Logistics Manager for our Victorian operations, you’ll lead a dynamic team and oversee our warehouse and logistics operations in Bayswater, VIC, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence every step of the way.

Education Delivery Lead

The Education Delivery Lead has a key role in the Prevention, Education and Research (PER) team.
The PER team develop and create education on products, including online learning, resources and in person training to deliver our strategic objectives. This team contributes to the organisation’s mission and vision through ensuring easy access to safe sleep, safer pregnancy and best practice bereavement education across Australia.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality education and contribute to resource development. This role is the primary representative at Baby Expos and supervises Red Nose staff at events in accordance with operations guidelines.

Bereavement Counsellor QLD
- Opportunity to join our thriving team in QLD (office located in Mt Gravatt) + WFH
- Provide high quality and evidence-based bereavement counselling to families who have experienced the death of a baby or child
- Part-time role – 22.8 hours (3 days) per week contract through to 30 June 2026 (Government funded position)
- Flexible work environment with WFH options (Wednesdays in the office)
- SCHADS Award Level 5
This part-time role (22.8 hours per week) reports to the National Counselling Manager as part of our Bereavement Services team.
The primary focus of this position is to deliver timely and effective bereavement counselling to clients who have experienced, or been affected by, the sudden unexpected death of a baby or child.
Working closely with the local and national counselling teams, Red Nose Bereavement Counsellors provide a client focused service that is evidence-based and delivered as part of a culture founded in clinical and operational excellence.
This role will create community connections and establish strong working relationships with community leaders within First Nations and ethnically diverse population groups, creating a safe space for vulnerable families to feel seen and heard in their grief experience.

The Red Nose Community Advisory Committee (CAC) plays a crucial role in ensuring community engagement and equitable access to Red Nose services for all Australian families. As a member of the CAC, you’ll have the opportunity to advocate for diverse community groups, gather community ideas, and address issues of concern.
CAC members are appointed based on lived experience and represent diverse backgrounds, including First Nations people, culturally diverse communities and young mothers.
