At Red Nose, our Wellness Sessions offer a safe, supportive space for bereaved parents to connect with others and nurture their well-being. These sessions are guided by professionals and take place regularly across Australia. They provide an opportunity for emotional rest, shared healing, and self-care while connecting with others who understand your grief.

We offer several Wellness Sessions including:

  • Journal Circle: A supportive group where you can explore and express your feelings through journaling.

We invite you to attend to connect with other bereaved parents in a relaxed environment and share stories, experiences, laughter and misty eyes together.
