A Healing Space for Bereaved Parents
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you.” – Maya Angelou
If you’re looking for a quiet, reflective space to process your grief and emotions, the Journal Circle is here for you. These guided 90-minute online sessions are designed specifically for parents who have experienced pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or the death of a baby or child.
The Journal Circle provides a safe and supportive environment where you can explore journaling as a tool for healing. Each month, we offer a fresh set of prompts and activities to help guide you through your grief journey while nurturing your inner dialogue and emotional rest.
Why Join the Journal Circle:
- You’ll receive journal prompts and inspiration
- A live 60-90 minute Zoom workshop featuring education on journaling, followed by quiet writing time
- Access to a replay of the live workshop if you can’t attend
- A PDF of the slides from the workshop for easy reference
- A 15-minute express video version of the workshop
- Ongoing support via email for journaling tips and deeper questions
No experience as a writer is necessary—this space is for you to express yourself freely and find comfort in your words.
When: Last Tuesday of each month, 7:30-8:30/9:00 PM (Sydney Time)
Where: Online via Zoom (details sent upon registration)
