Complete the form below to book a donation pick-up in Melbourne of your pre-loved clothes and household goods. Pick-ups are available Monday to Friday, we visit specific suburbs on specific days.

Did you receive a Red Bag or Bag Tag in your letterbox in the last 7 days? Then you don’t need to book in a pick-up – simply put out your bags next to your letterbox on the day listed on the bag.

What items can I donate?

We accept the following items.

Clothing and fashion accessories

Shirts, dresses, shorts, coats, jackets, jumpers, pants, socks, sunglasses, shoes, scarves, ties, belts, bags, suitcases – literally any clothing items

Linen and manchester

Linen, towels, cushions, rugs, curtains, blankets, quilts and absolutely anything made from fabric

Homewares and bric-a-brac

Vases, picture frames and paintings, lamps, ornaments, mirrors, books, DVDs, toys, games, jigsaw puzzles and board games

Kitchen equipment

Pots, pans, crockery, utensils, cutlery, baking items, lunch boxes, plastic containers, and small appliances (like blenders, kettles, microwaves, toasters)

Electronics

TVs, CD and DVD players, vacuum cleaners, stereo equipment and video game consoles

Games and equipment

Bikes, golf clubs, exercise equipment, car seats, prams

But please note that while we always appreciate your generosity, due to government regulations and other local restrictions, there are some items that we can’t accept. These include large furniture (beds, mattresses), large white goods (fridges, washing machines), food, paint, chemicals, or general rubbish!
