Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions and information on how to participate in this promotion are outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Submitting an entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promoter is RED NOSE LIMITED, ABN: 81 462 345 159
3. The Promotion begins at 9am (AEDT) on February 1st 2023, and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on March 12th 2023.
4. Winners will be drawn on 13th March 2023.
5. Winners will be notified from 13th March 2023 via email and/or phone.

7. Total approximate retail value of the promotion is $2,500.
8. The value of the Prizes is the recommended retail price as provided by the supplier (inclusive of GST) and is correct as at the start of the Competition.
9. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
How to Enter
10. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over (the Entrant).
11. Entry is limited to one per person.
12. Entrants must complete all required fields in the prize entry form to be eligible for the promotion.
13. Entrants must personally and manually submit an Entry using an internet browser.
14. The promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its absolute discretion.
15. No responsibility is accepted by the promoter for late, illegible, incorrect or misdirected entries.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that an Entry has been created and/or submitted using automated entry means or a computer entry service.
17. To be eligible to win a prize in this Competition, an Entry must not:
a. infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
b. be incomplete or illegible; or
c. be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or
d. otherwise contain content which, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, comply with these Terms and Conditions.
19. All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
Judging
20. Judging Criteria will be based on insightfulness and creativity.
21. This Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on the Judging Criteria.
22. Judging will take place on the date of the prize draw.
23. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
24. The Entrant who submits the best Entry (as determined by the judges) will win the Prize(s)
25. The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
Winner
26. A total of 3 winners will be selected; 1 for each prize in order of the prizes tabled above.
27. The winning entries will be chosen manually as a game of skill. The decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
28. The prize awarded must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize.
29. The prize is not transferable, nor can it be redeemed in any other form.
30. The Promoter will do its best to contact the winner. If a winner does not accept their prize within one month of the promotion closing date (Claim Period), the prize will be forfeited.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the winner does not adequately satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
32. If the Winner is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or does not claim the Prize within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the Entrant with the next best Entry (Unclaimed Prize Winner), as determined by the judges.
