Does the guideline to sleep baby in parent’s room on their own sleep surface also apply to naps? In other words, should parents also be in the room with baby for nap time?

Red Nose has the following information.
Placing a baby in the supine position and keeping them under supervision is equally important for night-time and day-time sleeps.

Parents are not expected to observe baby constantly. If baby is sleeping in a separate room check baby regularly
