Hello! I was wondering where i could find information that states the correct temperature to have a room at for safe sleeping. Recently i was handed a document created by an educator that stated that the best temp was between 21-23 degrees, when i was under the impression it is 21 and below. Could anyone provide me clarification on what the actual temperature is. Thank you!

Red Nose Education

There is no specific temperature that is recommended for the room in which a baby is sleeping.
The room should be comfortable (as possible) with adequate ventilation.
Red Nose recommends that a baby is dressed according to the ambient room temperature, with head & faced uncovered & light weight bedding that can be added or removed according to room temperature.
The aim is to reduce the risk of overheating.
