Hi, I am and early childhood worker and we are reviewing our sleep room policy. Do you have a recommended temperature the room should be at when babies and toddlers are sleeping? Thank you in advance. Leah

Red Nose Education

Red Nose does not recommend a specific room temperature, but rather dress baby according to the temperature & to avoid overheating.

It is not necessary to monitor the room temperature or to leave the heating or cooling on all night, as long as the baby is dressed appropriately for the room temperature.
