Hi On your website it says not to use any lamb wool in the cot. Is this only referring to those fluffy lamswool underlays? I was going to get pure wool mattress protectors so are they ok? Not fluffy at all

Red Nose Education

Some lambswool products can be loose or very soft.
This may lead to baby’s head & face covering or overheating.

A thick or soft mattress protector may compromise the firmness of the mattress
A soft mattress or sleeping surface can increase the risk of sudden unexpected infant death if baby rolls over onto the tummy. Remove plastic packaging from the mattress and always make sure that the waterproof mattress protector is strong and a tight fit. Never put soft bedding under the bottom sheet, such as a sheepskin, as this makes the sleeping surface too soft.
