Red Nose Education

Red Nose recommends that bedding for baby should be light weight, so extra layers can be added or removed when necessary, to help reduce the risk of overheating.
Heavy bedding can also make it more difficult for baby to roll. It is important for baby to have a sleep environment to allow baby to roll safely, not prevent baby rolling.

Maybe it would be helpful to chat with your Health Nuse/Midwife about some further settling techniques.
