Hi, We've recently brought our baby home from NNU. She's approximately 38 weeks corrected. She's finding it very difficult to settle in a new environment, however is more content when swaddled with her arms up to allow for self soothing. Is arms up swaddling safe in this case?

If baby likes her arms up you may find it helpful to wrap her under her arms to allow her to touch her face,
Ensure wrap is firm but not too tight around her hips or chest.
