I have a bassinet on my pram that I use to go walking with my one month old. I live on gravel roads so the ride in the bassinet can be quite bumpy. She does fall asleep but is there risk of hurting her neck?

Pillows or devices that restrict the movement of a baby or their head are not recommended
in a babies sleep environment.
The use of restraints in a car or pram are, of course, recommended.
