My 10 month old baby sleeps with a dummy tied onto a corner of her comforter to help her find it in the night and resettle herself. Are there any SIDS issues with the dummy being tied to a comforter in this way?

While your baby it at very low risk of SIDS now at 10 mths, ensure that there is no risk of her getting the tie caught around her neck. While it is rare, older babies/toddlers have been seen sleeping with objects like dummy chains & necklaces tighten around their neck when sleeping.
Also ensure that her head & face remain uncovered.
