So I was reading your advice on the Red nose recommends smoking section and one of the recommendations as "Keep breastfeeding baby even if you are a person who smokes" I thought you weren't meant to allow people to smoke near your child?

It is important to avoid smoking around baby, so if breastfeeding, then do not smoke with baby at same time &/or avoid smoking in the same room as baby or smoke outside the house only.
