Red Nose Education

These 2 products have different purposes.
Red Nose recommends a light weight cotton or muslin wrap for wrapping/swaddling
A “swaddle sack” is a commercial form of a swaddle, which is not promoted by Red Nose.

A sleeping bag is appropriate from birth (as long as it is not too large - especially around the neck)

Most parents use a swaddle in the early weeks, but use a safe sleeping bag (with arms out) once baby is rolling.
