Love ties us to our children & loss ties us to each other.
What is Heart Strings?
Heart Strings is our free community and membership program, created by Red Nose.
We offer ongoing support to honour and remember your precious little ones with you, and provide a space to connect with other bereaved families.
Anyone can join, including your family and loved ones. If you or someone you love experienced pregnancy loss, miscarriage, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), stillbirth, SIDS, SUDI, or a baby or child who has died, we welcome you to join Heart Strings.
By becoming a member of Heart Strings, you’ll also be helping to strengthen our collective voice, to shed light on the needs of bereaved parents. So that one day, all families receive the care and support they need if their baby or child dies.
