We are so sorry for your loss. Grief can feel overwhelming, and navigating the emotions that come with the death of a baby or child can be incredibly difficult.
Grief counselling provides a safe, supportive space where you can express your feelings, process your emotions, and find ways to cope with the challenges of your grief journey.
Talking to a professional can help you understand your grief, manage feelings of guilt, anger, sadness or loneliness, and give you the tools you need to heal at your own pace.
