Counselling Support
We offer compassionate and professional counselling services to help you navigate grief and loss. Our experienced, fully accredited counsellors, psychologists, and social workers are here to support individuals, couples, and families through difficult times. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions, phone support, or Skype, we provide flexible options to suit your needs.
Peer and Group Support
Sometimes it can be comforting to connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through. Our peer and group support services offer a safe space to share your feelings, find understanding, and build connections with others on a similar journey. Our support groups are facilitated by trained Peer Supporters, helping to normalise emotions and experiences, while providing guidance and empathy.

Community Connections
Our Community Connections events offer a relaxed and supportive space for parents and families who have experienced the loss of a child to connect with others. These non-facilitated events—like BBQs, run clubs, picnics, and more—provide an opportunity to find healthy distractions, share stories, and create lasting bonds in a fun and casual setting. Join us for a chance to meet others who understand your journey and build connections that can help you heal.

Wellness Sessions
Our Wellness Sessions are guided or facilitated by professionals and provide a supportive space for bereaved parents to connect and heal. Held regularly at locations across Australia, these sessions offer a chance to share stories, experiences, and moments of both laughter and tears in a relaxed environment. Through healing, exploration, and emotional rest, our Wellness Sessions empower you to take care of your well-being while connecting with others who understand your journey.

Heart Strings Program
The Heart Strings Program offers a meaningful space for bereaved families to connect, remember, and honour their children with others who truly understand.
