What can I do to sleep my baby safely?

Hi, my almost 6 mo is determined to sleep on her tummy during the day and night. We always put her down on her back but she will move to be either on her side or tummy. I’ve woken up in the night to find her completely face first in the mattress (which is firm). Am following all other guidelines here re bottom sheet, no bumpers, safe sleeping bag etc. Her nose is 100% squashed in to the mattress and she won’t turn her head to the side (even though she can). I feel this isn’t safe sleeping but what can I do? Should I be worried?

We have just bought the bassinet attachment for our mountain buggy nano. It is called the newborn cocoon. It says it is safe for unaided overnight sleep. Is that the case? We were hoping to use it as our two month old’s bed while travelling.

I have a 4 month and 1 week old that has started rolling onto his side and tummy in the cot and sleeping there. We have been rolling him back over but this wakes him up usually and he only rolls back after an hour. In tummy time he can only roll from back to front but not back again, is it ok to let him sleep like this? I’m torn between that he should be sleeping on his back but not wanting to disturb his sleep now that he is finally settling himself.

If my baby's bedroom in winter gets too cold for a 3.5 TOG sleeping bag (12-13 degrees), is it ok to put them in multiple sleeping bags eg 1 + a 3.5 TOG ? Or 2 x 2.5 TOG bags instead of using a heater? Thanks

Is it safe for a newborn to sleep in a sleeping sack with no arms he is strong enough to push himself around and maybe over. Do we need to do anything else?

Good Afternoon, I am travelling with my toddler (2.5yrs old) on a cruise - are inflatable bedrails deemed safe for this age group? We have bunk beds in our cabin - she we will placed in the lower bunk - I just don't want her falling out - we currently co-sleep

My 5 month old boy has just started rolling onto his tummy about 2 weeks ago but he cannot roll back onto his back yet. When we place him into his cot to sleep in a sleeping bag with his arms out he rolls onto his side and sometimes onto his belly. We continue to roll him onto his back but he keeps going to his side. I am terrified of him doing this as I know the safest position to sleep baby is on his back but what can I do to stop him doing this? I can't sleep at night as I worry he is going to roll onto his tummy and have his face down into the mattress.

Hi my mother in law purchased my baby a sleep suit to keep him warm when we plan to go camping. It is made of polyester. I understand polyester can cause babies to overheat and I know this is a risk factor for SIDS. Is it safe for my baby to use this?

Bub has just gone 6 months and is starting to roll in her cot. She likes to bed wrapped very tightly for her sleeps and if an arm or 2 get free she wakes throwing arms and kicking. I’m unsure on what is the best first step as she sleeps thru the night and has since birth and I’m hesitant to change what works for her but also know if she does roll over will need her arms free. My son was a natural tummy sleeper as soon as he was unwrapped & this stopped his kicking and throwing of arms I feel like she would do the same and get a much better sleep but tummy is not coming naturally for her so know I shouldn’t encourage it, what do you suggest?

Our baby can roll both ways and has taken to sleeping on her stomach, but at times is found sleeping face down into the mattress. We turn her head to the side to allow breathing but she just moves to back to face down. Is this safe? Is there something we can do about this? Thanks
