Briannah

Is there a height limit for cots? My 2 year old is 90cms and still in a cot. Some Aus websites are suggesting it’s time for a bed at 89cms. Thanks!

Red Nose Education

Red Nose recommends that you move your child from a cot to a bed when they have attempted to climb out of their cot & look like they will be successful.
This usually occurs between 2yr - 3.5yrs but may be as young as 18mths.

If you are concerned that he may climb or fall, then maybe it is time to move.
Please see our cot to bed brochure here: https://rednose.org.au/downloads/RN3356_Cot_Bed_DL_Oct2018_Online.pdf

.....and the following for information of where to move your baby & what risks to look for.
