My nine month old daughter loves to snuggle her face/head up to me when she’s falling asleep. Or she loves it when I hold or stroke her head. Is there anything I can do to help her feel that comfort without me patting her face and holding her head all night? She’s a terrible sleeper.

Hi I've started to put my 6.5month old to sleep in her cot during the day. Bassinet with me at night. I have noticed that because the cot is bigger she is free to roll onto her belly and finds this position comfortable to sleep. Do I need to roll her over? She confidently rolls from front to back and back to front.

My 11 week old baby moves around the cot a lot, and is frequently banging his head against the side of the cot. This wakes him up every couple of hours. I move him to the other side of the cot, but he can shuffle back and bangs his head within 20mins. How can I get more sleep safely?!

In the safe sleep section you have advised "bunny rugs and blankets" should not be used for swaddling as it may lead to overheating. Could you please advise what a bunny rug is, I have purchased "Cotton Jersey Wraps" for my newborn, and concerned that these may be inappropriate for use (they measure 120x120cm). Thank you, Jas

Hi, Do you have any information about 'Indian Baby swings'? Do they have mesh sides, or padded ones, and is the base curved or flat? Some clients have mentioned using these and I wondered how they fit with Red Nose guidelines.

Is a side car arrangement safe if both mattresses are at the same height and there is no gap between them? Is this a safer alternative for parents who would like to sleep near their baby without sleeping on the same surface, or is it still considered the same surface if they are touching?

Hello, my baby currently sleeps in a love to dream grow bag with a 3.5 TOG as her room goes below 16 degrees at night. Just wondering what is the most appropriate material onesie to put her in for underneath? She is 6 weeks old.
